ÜBER UNS
Wir sind zwei Physiotherapeuten aus den Niederlanden und seit 1998 und 2000 in Waldhausen im Strudengau, Oberösterreich, wohnhaft und beruflich tätig.
Seit 2004 und 2005 arbeitet jeder von uns als freiberuflicher Physiotherapeut. Gestartet sind wir mit 2 Räumen im Gemeindeamt Waldhausen. Diese wurden schnell zu klein und deswegen haben wir 2007 mit dem Umbau der „Louisen-Villa“ in Waldhausen, Schloßberg 3, begonnen. 2009 wurde die Praxis für Physiotherapie Kamminga und Smit an dieser Adresse neu eröffnet.

Leistungen
Sie benötigen für Ihre Behandlung eine ärztliche Verordnung von ihrem Hausarzt oder Facharzt . Auf der ärztlichen Zuweisung steht, um welche Therapie und deren Dauer es geht. Beim ersten Termin findet eine Erhebung aller relevanten Befunde, Diagnosen und Informationen, sowie die physiotherapeutische Untersuchung statt.
Gemeinsam mit Ihnen plant der Physiotherapeut den Therapieablauf sowie das Therapieziel. Je nach Behandlungsplan führen wir aktive und passive Therapie durch.
Wir sind Wahltherapeuten. Sie erhalten mit Überweisungsschein einen Kostenersatz durch Ihre Krankenkasse. Eventuell ist eine chefärztliche Bewilligung nötig. Informieren Sie sich über Bewilligung und Kostenrückerstattung bei Ihrer Krankenkasse. Vergessen Sie nicht auf ev. Zusatz- oder Unfallversicherung.
Übrigens: Zum Zweck der Gesundheitsförderung und Prävention können Sie sich ebenfalls an uns wenden (Beratungsgespräch, Massage, Auffrischung der erlernten Übungen, usw.). In diesem Fall brauchen Sie keine ärztliche Verordnung. Eine Kostenrückerstattung ist jedoch nicht möglich.
